The Mountain Guides and Medium Mountain Guides, each with their own skills, are the only professionals authorized to accompany participants on the mountains: with them you can face, with professionalism and experience, all the disciplines that the mountain environment has to offer.
The Livigno Alpine Guides staff is made up exclusively of Alpine Guides, aspiring Alpine Guides and qualified Mountain Guides who are professionally qualified at national and international level, enrolled in the Regional and National College.
The association and individual professionals have civil liability insurance coverage to cover professional risks. The school and the individual professionals are not responsible for damages that do not depend on their conduct.
All the activities on the site can be organized at any time of the year (compatibly with environmental conditions); most of the proposals can be modified and adapted to your specific needs. For any other needs, do not hesitate to contact us, we will prepare the program tailored to your needs.
The number of participants in group excursions and technical courses are limited in order to guarantee high educational standards, the school also offers the possibility of hiring the necessary technical equipment.
The costs of the Alpine Guide (such as refuge, cable car, etc.), unless otherwise indicated, needs to be divided among the participants at the excursion. For outings that include overnight stays, in the event of bad weather and in any case unable to honor the program for reasons beyond the control of the Guide, a lump sum will be agreed at the time as compensation.
The customer can withdraw from the activity booked at any time. In this case the following amounts will be charged: - Cancellation of activity up to 15 days before the activity: 30% of the total amount - Cancellation of activity from 14 to 3 days before the activity: 50% of the total amount - Cancellation of activity 2 days before the activity: 100% of the total amount
